About Kahili Creations
Each piece of jewelry is designed and handcrafted by Marcia in her home studio on the Big Island of Hawaii. Components used in Kahili Creations jewelry are compliant with California Prop. 65.
From humble beginnings, Marcia Asuncion Ricchiuti has built her jewelry business into something special – something which is inspired by her beautiful surroundings. Kahili Creations is that something – a jewelry business where nature is the backdrop and one woman's creativity and drive shines through.
Marcia's journey began in the the entertainment industry, which led to web development – careers which did little to inspire her but have certainly helped her to ensure the success of Kahili Creations. With a good knowledge of websites, the principles of SEO and advertising, Marcia was perfectly equipped to build her business. From its tiny start in 2008, she has a solid customer base and a wealth of amazing designs based on her island surroundings.
Besides many online blogs, Marcia has been featured in the Pacific Business News and interviewed for the Etsy blog which was where she first began to sell her creations. She now sells her jewelry to a wide market which stretches across the globe and she prides herself on maintaining a relationship with each of her customers, fulfilling their needs and ensuring they get only the best she can provide.
Marcia's jewelry is inspired by Hawaii and all that this amazing environment has to offer. When inspiration can be taken from the gentle blues and greens of the ocean, the harsh, yet mesmerizing shades of the Kilauea lava and the tropical flowers and trees found in her garden, it is easy to understand how Marcia is able to create with such vision and passion. All of nature is available to Marcia to use in her designs and this shines through in many of her exquisite pieces.
