Shipping/Returns

Shipping:

Items are made to order and shipped in five (5) business days via USPS Ground Advantage with delivery confirmation or Priority Mail upgrades (on orders over $100) for domestic orders. Ground Advantage rates are $4.50 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item. USPS Priority Flat Rate Small Box shipping is $9.00

No shipping on weekends.

International orders: I am no longer shipping internationally. Sorry!

Returns:

I want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, please contact me within one week of receipt so we can work something out.

Refund requests must be made no later than three days from date of receipt. Returns must be received 7 days from refund request. After item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, minus shipping and handling charges.

No returns will be accepted for custom and bridal party orders.

Repairs can be made free of charge within six months of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on repairs.
